Foxtrot, originally introduced in the mid-1910s, is a family of dances that involve mixing slow and quick steps.
It was one of the most popular social dances throughout the 20th century, and is still popular today.
On this page, you'll find four different types of Foxtrot: Magic Step, Box Step, Cross-Step, and Vintage / Living Tradition, the steps of which can all be mixed together at will.
